Job Description
We are seeking a Service Desk Technician to deliver first-line technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage user requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly and resolve incidents efficiently while maintaining a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
- Log and prioritize incidents, diagnose problems, and apply appropriate solutions or workarounds.
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams and maintain accurate support documentation.
- Assist with workstation setup, software installations, and user onboarding.
Requirements include 1–2 years of IT support experience, strong customer service skills, basic networking knowledge, familiarity with Windows and Office 365, and awareness of ITIL practices. Certification such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent is preferred.
