Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and committed Service Desk Agent to deliver remote technical support for our client in India. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centered mindset to provide outstanding support.
Work Details:
– Work Schedule: UAE Time
– Employment Type: WFH/Hybrid
– Contract Length: 6 months, with possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat
– Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
– Maintain detailed records and escalate complex issues when necessary
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years in a service desk environment
– Basic knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office
– Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
