Job Description
Ufonix Tech Solutions.LLP is in search of a dedicated Service Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and meticulously documenting all customer interactions.
Key responsibilities encompass collecting and analyzing customer feedback, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and fostering strong relationships with service providers. You will also monitor performance metrics and participate in policy development aimed at enhancing service quality.

Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
