Job Description
Sepack India Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Service Coordinator to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, along with exceptional dealer and customer management abilities.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing service engineers, scheduling service appointments, and serving as the main point of contact for customer inquiries. Accurate recordkeeping of service activities is essential for this role.
