The Service Coordinator acts as an Executive Level I within the Bath Division Unit, dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction through close collaboration with the Sales Team. Key responsibilities include managing customer complaints, guiding technicians, visiting consumer sites, overseeing technician activities, and conducting product training sessions.
This position requires significant travel, approximately 16-20 days per month, for market visits and plumber meetings to ensure effective resolution of quality-related issues and to monitor product displays.
