Job Description
MASTER MIND CONSULTANCY in Gurgaon is seeking a Service Assistant with 1–4 years of experience to support Relationship Managers and Advisors in delivering excellent client service.
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and daily servicing; maintain accurate CRM records and task tracking.
- Support client onboarding, documentation, and report preparation.
- Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests.
The ideal candidate will have client servicing, operations, or wealth-support experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Fast-paced role with growth potential.
