Job Description
TOPLINK HYUNDAI is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to serve as the vital communication link between our customers and the workshop. In this position, you will be responsible for understanding customer concerns and effectively liaising with our technical team to address them.
Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, opening job cards, providing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service quality. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary ranging from ₹16,00.00 to ₹24,00.00 per month, along with additional benefits.
Location: Howrah, West Bengal. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or be prepared to relocate.
Requirements
