Job Description
Sri Senthil Auto is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will greet customers and address their automotive service inquiries while scheduling appointments efficiently. Your responsibilities will include providing detailed explanations of recommended repairs, collaborating with the service team, and keeping customers informed about their vehicles’ progress.
You will also handle customer complaints professionally and maintain accurate service records. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of ₹13,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid sick time.
