Job Description
The Service Advisor at SIVAJI MOTORS delivers professional customer service at our Royal Enfield service center. You will greet customers, assess their service needs, provide clear recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades, and prepare accurate estimates and job cards. Coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely repairs, explain technical work in plain language, follow up to confirm satisfaction, and resolve complaints professionally. Maintain detailed service records in the CRM and promote service packages and accessories to support revenue targets. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position offering ₹120,00–₹180,00 per year.
