Job Description
Mpire Motors (Royal Enfield) is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to become a valuable member of our team. We welcome applications from fresh talent.
Requirements:
- ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Automobile Engineering, B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering, or a Polytechnic qualification.
Your Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and guide them to the appropriate mechanics.
- Collaborate with mechanics on repair tasks.
- Provide details about parts and service alternatives.
- Offer advice on routine maintenance procedures.
- Assess and identify mechanical issues.
- Clarify work performed and associated costs to customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: ₹10,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month
