Job Description

Maijo Moto Maruti Suzuki is actively seeking a customer-focused and technically proficient Male Service Advisor to join our esteemed Service Department. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary liaison between our valued customers and the service team, ensuring exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and evaluate their vehicle service needs.
• Create job cards and provide detailed service information.
• Estimate repair costs and timelines.
• Collaborate with the workshop for prompt service completion.
• Keep customers informed about service progress.
• Return vehicles to customers with comprehensive explanations of the work performed.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Prior experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
