Job Description
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and act as a liaison between our customers and our Service Technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Answer questions about service outcomes and schedule appointments.
- Provide warranty advice and potential cost-saving solutions.
- Manage the dealership’s workflow and schedule.
- Communicate service changes to customers.
- Maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business.
Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, automotive knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
