Job Description

Job Title: SEO ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a result-driven SEO Executive to manage and execute search engine optimization strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

• Perform keyword research and mapping for web pages and blogs
• Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and internal linking
• Coordinate with content writers for SEO-friendly content creation
• Improve website content structure and readability

Off-Page SEO

• Execute link-building strategies (guest posting, directories, citations, outreach, etc.)
• Monitor backlink quality and remove toxic links
• Handle local SEO activities (GMB optimization, NAP consistency)

Technical SEO

• Identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, redirects, and page speed issues
• Ensure mobile-friendliness and Core Web Vitals improvements
• Work with developers for technical SEO implementations

Analytics & Reporting

• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports
• Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience as an SEO Executive or similar role
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress preferred)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in lead-generation or real estate SEO (added advantage)
• Knowledge of schema markup and advanced technical SEO
• Understanding of content marketing and CRO
