Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR policies, coach leaders, oversee recruitment, compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws to support organizational goals and sustainable growth.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; 7+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role; strong knowledge of employment law; excellent communication and proven change-management skills.
- Preferred: HR certification and experience with HRIS systems.
