Job Description
We are seeking a Service Delivery Officer (SDO) to join Kotak Mahindra. The SDO will be responsible for servicing walk-in customers and generating leads. Key responsibilities include customer query resolution, cross-selling financial products, and branch audits.
Applicants should have at least 3 years of branch banking experience, focused on customer service. A post-graduate or graduate degree is preferred.
The ideal candidate is aged 23-25 with a desire to learn financial terminology and will report to the Senior Manager.
