Job Description
mple.ai is an AI-powered enterprise training platform delivering scalable, measurable role-play simulations and AI-driven evaluations. We are seeking a Software Development Engineer 2 with 5–6 years of experience to own end-to-end projects, lead a small team, and remain hands-on in development.
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain MERN stack and Python services (Flask preferred).
- Architect scalable REST APIs/microservices, manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL), and use cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Docker.
- Lead code reviews, mentor developers, collaborate with founders and product designers, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.
Location: Mulund, Mumbai — Onsite, full-time, Monday–Friday.
