Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with over 7 years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Project Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing scrum ceremonies using Jira, Confluence, and other tools.
Key responsibilities include working closely with Product Owners and Teams to create backlogs and estimations, conducting and documenting action items from retrospectives, mentoring team members on Agile processes, and providing key project metrics to Client Management.
