Source-right is looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to enhance our Cloud Team. This essential position requires a skilled professional to facilitate agile processes for our growing Design System projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in an Agile environment, particularly with Digital teams.
Key qualifications include a Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM I), proven experience in leading scrum ceremonies, and a strong dedication to continuous improvement. Responsibilities include coaching the team on Agile principles, collaborating closely with the Product Owner, and fostering a positive team culture that emphasizes collaboration and innovation.
