Job Description
QuEST Global is seeking a qualified Scrum Master to lead agile practices within our Oil & Gas digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while coaching the team on Scrum methodologies. You will collaborate with team members, product owners, and stakeholders to overcome challenges and ensure the delivery of key project milestones.
Key qualifications include a Graduate/Master’s degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and certification as a Scrum Master. Proficiency in agile project management tools and strong leadership skills are essential.
