Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SAP PPQM professional to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SAP system landscape and integration between various SAP modules. Experience in a support environment with time-bound incident resolutions is essential.
Key responsibilities include conducting impact and gap analysis, supporting priority tickets, and managing change control processes. Proficiency in HPQC ALM, Remedy, and SAP Solution Manager – CHARM is required.
Flexibility to work on a 24/7 support rotation is necessary.
