Job Description

PepsiCo is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer / Dev Team Lead to join our innovative team. In this key position, you will create Salesforce technical solutions tailored to business requirements, assist in the design of data models, and oversee a team of developers to ensure timely project completion. A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline is mandatory, alongside 7 to 10 years of comprehensive IT experience, which includes a minimum of 4 years with Salesforce.com.

Proficiency in customizing Salesforce using Apex, Lightning, and integrations (SOAP/REST) is crucial. Experience with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud, as well as Agile methodologies, is preferred. Ideal candidates will also have experience with CG Cloud, Einstein, and hold an active Salesforce Developer Certification.
