Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Trainer (Hindi) to design and deliver sales training for Hindi-speaking teams. The role focuses on improving sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement through interactive workshops and coaching.
Key responsibilities include developing training materials, conducting classroom and virtual sessions in Hindi, assessing trainee performance, and aligning coaching with sales KPIs.
Requirements: fluent Hindi and good English, 3+ years in sales or training, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to travel and work with cross-functional teams.
