Job Description
AJAY GOEL TEXTILES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Trainer to develop and enhance our sales team’s capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing comprehensive training programs for onboarding and continuous learning
- Conducting workshops and role-playing sessions to enhance sales techniques
- Monitoring team performance to identify skill gaps and providing tailored feedback
- Collaborating with managers to align training with organizational goals
- Creating engaging training materials such as manuals and e-learning modules

Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
