Job Description
We are seeking energetic Sales Trainees for full-time, in-person field touring roles across Jammu, Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal (Siliguri) and Telangana. Recent graduates (B.A. or equivalent) are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Visit distributors, retailers and local markets to promote products and support promotions.
- Collect market feedback, assist with merchandising, and maintain daily reports.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, willingness to travel extensively, ability to work independently and in teams, and a desire to learn.
