ONS Interactive Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Support Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating leads through cold calling and managing customer interactions via chat, phone calls, and support tickets. Your primary objective will be to convert prospects into business opportunities while effectively addressing clients’ technical inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling and email outreach.
- Provide chat support and manage phone calls and support tickets.
