Job Description
Job Summary
The Sales Support Executive will assist the sales team with documentation, customer communication, and order coordination while ensuring smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with quotations, invoices, and order processing
- Communicate with customers via email and phone in English
- Maintain sales records and customer databases
- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and internal teams
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments
- Prepare basic sales reports
Requirements
- B.Com graduate
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
- Good communication and coordination skills
