Job Description
Sales Support Executive
Sales support executive required for a fabric distribution and manufacturing company. As a sales support executive, you will be responsible for providing support to sales staff and customers. You will work closely with customers and sales team to ensure the timely processing of requests and orders, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all updates are provided to the relevant shareholders on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support
- Communicating with customers over Phone, E-mail, WhatsApp, etc. to receive orders, provide replies, sharing documents, etc. Checking and confirming stocks to customers and raising requisitions for required items.
- Coordinating with sales team regarding customer orders, status, timelines, availability etc.
- Sending samples and documents to customers via courier, porter, e-mail, whatsapp, etc
- Generating quotation, pro forma invoice, invoice, challans, etc, and sharing with customers and sales team.
- Process the orders as received from the customer or sales team.
- Monitor stock levels and raise requisition as needed to fulfil orders and prevent shortages.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, pending orders, customer requests, etc.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales teams and warehouse to understand material requirements and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nepz Post Office , Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
