Job Description
Skillbee, a pioneering startup founded by two IIT alumni, specializes in international recruitment solutions for the blue-collar sector. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative with a robust recruitment background to become a part of our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting client meetings, and interviewing potential hires. Our working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, with the third Saturday of each month off. The salary for this position ranges from ₹20,00 to ₹30,00 per month, along with benefits such as a Provident Fund and performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
