Job Description
Caprileo Tech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Sales Recruiter to join our human resources team. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for implementing talent acquisition strategies, guiding HR generalists, and overseeing the hiring process for qualified candidates. Key responsibilities include collaborating with division managers to identify skills needed for vacancies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and enhancing the onboarding experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,003.96 – ₹25,010.60 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night Shift
Education: Diploma (Preferred)
Experience: 1 year in Payroll, HR, and total work (Preferred)
Certification: Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
