Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Merchandiser to join our team. This role is suitable for freshers who are interested in sales support, product merchandising, and customer interaction. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper product display, supporting sales activities, and assisting in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of products as per company standards
- Assist the sales team in promoting and selling products
- Interact with customers, understand their requirements, and provide product information
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate for timely replenishment
- Support execution of in-store promotions and offers
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales area
- Collect basic customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Prepare daily or weekly sales and stock-related reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass (depending on role requirement)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
- Physically fit and ready for field/store work if required
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an added advantage
