Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team at Kotak Mahindra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the deposit pool from customers and establishing service standards. Key responsibilities include selling non-deposit products and progressively achieving cross-selling targets, as well as marketing mutual funds (MF) and insurance products to drive fee income.
Additionally, the selected individual will handle branch administration, ensure regulatory compliance, manage the productivity and morale of team members, and be accountable for the branch’s break-even and profit and loss (P&L) status.
