Job Description

Shifters Motorsport LLP is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities within the B2B sector.

Your primary responsibilities will include fostering robust relationships with distributors, conducting comprehensive market research, surpassing sales targets, and negotiating contracts effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A strong target-oriented mindset, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, is essential. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

This is a full-time position offering a starting salary of ₹15,00, with expectations of travel up to 50% of the time. Please note this role requires in-person attendance.
