Job Description

Join the dynamic team at Kotak Mahindra as a Sales Executive, where you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with aggregators across various levels. In this role, you will strategize and enhance online partnerships to meet monthly targets, identify potential new aggregators, and lead a Direct Sales Team. Additionally, you will conceptualize engaging contests to motivate partners and develop annual engagement calendars that align with our business objectives.

We are looking for candidates who are graduates with 6 to 8 years of experience in the web aggregator sector, preferably within banking or insurance. A solid understanding of personal loans is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
