Job Description
About the Role: We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Digital Sales and Retention team. This voice-based position involves engaging with customers, elucidating product advantages, and facilitating policy renewals or sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries
– Articulate product features and benefits effectively
– Foster customer retention through tailored solutions
Required Skills:
– Proficient communication in English and Hindi
– Self-assured speaking abilities with a clear thought process
– Foundational knowledge of customer service and sales principles
Eligibility: Graduates with 0 to 2+ years of experience are welcome to apply. Fresh graduates are encouraged. Fixed Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Office-based). Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Compensation: ₹200,00 – ₹360,00 annually. Benefits include health insurance and a provident fund.
