Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to identify and engage potential clients for commercial leasing opportunities. In this role, you will maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and brokers. Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits, assisting in negotiations, and tracking leads. A keen awareness of market trends is essential to excel in this position.
Requirements: We welcome freshers to apply, although prior sales experience is advantageous. Strong communication and negotiation skills are crucial, and a basic understanding of real estate is preferred. A two-wheeler is mandatory for this role.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month.
