The Sales Executive at MithranSilks delivers professional in-store customer service, identifies client needs, and recommends appropriate products to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining product features and pricing, maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness, managing stock levels, and handling inquiries, returns, and sales transactions. The role emphasizes achieving sales targets and encouraging repeat visits through strong product knowledge and relationship-building.
- Requirements: 10th/12th pass (as required by the store), basic sales techniques, patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Position: Full-time, on-site. Compensation: ₹12,00–₹15,00 per month.
