Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as a Sales Executive in our Loan Against Property (LAP) division. You will manage sales across various channels and open markets, ensuring the growth of our business by adding new branches.
Your responsibilities will include leading and developing the Direct Sales team, engaging with high-net-worth individuals to promote our financial products, and maintaining strong builder relations for project approvals.
Additionally, you will be expected to generate additional revenue through cross-selling and training your team for improved productivity. A strong background in secured loan sales is a must.
