Job Description
Location: Vyttila, Kochi
Salary: ₹15,00 per month
Working Hours: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
We are looking for a driven Telesales Executive to enhance our product and service outreach through effective telephone communication. The successful candidate will generate leads, convert inquiries into sales, and foster strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries into sales effectively.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accuracy.
- Aim to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience of 6 months to 1 year in telesales.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications.
