Job Description
Besguard, South India’s No.1 uPVC gutter brand, backed by BEST GROUP, is seeking a full-time Sales Executive based in Alappuzha. Applicants should have 2–3 years of field sales experience in building materials (gutters, pipes/fittings, roofing).
- Develop and visit dealer, fabricator, contractor, and builder accounts
- Onboard and support dealer outlets; identify local projects and deliver product demonstrations
- Execute local sales plans and meet monthly sales targets
Required: strong communication, negotiation, and customer-relationship skills; a target-driven attitude; and the ability to work independently in the field. Compensation up to ₹80,00/month, travel expenses covered, with incentives for sales exceeding ₹10 lakh.
