Job Description
Visits Kailash is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to be an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, responding to inquiries, converting them into bookings, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries related to pilgrimage tours.
- Effectively communicate to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain an organized customer database and follow-up records.
- Collaborate closely with our operations and marketing teams.
- Provide assistance to clients regarding travel-related inquiries.
Required Skills: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in travel or sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
