Job Description
Brownwall Food is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator. Candidates should be graduates with 1–4 years of sales support experience and mandatory corporate gifting experience. Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities are required, along with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets/Docs and basic CRM use.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and product presentations
- Coordinate orders, samples and deliveries with clients and operations, production and procurement teams
- Track dispatches and logistics; manage client calls, emails and WhatsApp correspondence
- Maintain sales records and reports; support meetings and approval processes
