Job Description
Southend Pharma Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales & Collection Executive to become a valuable member of our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring prompt collection of payments, maintaining accurate records, and conducting regular follow-ups with customers via visits, calls, and emails.
Key responsibilities include resolving disputes, providing collection reports, generating new orders, onboarding potential clients, and fostering strong customer relationships. A proactive approach to monitoring market trends and competitor activities is essential.
