Job Description
Tropical Bath Solutions Pvt. Ltd. seeks a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to develop and execute strategies that increase sales and elevate brand visibility. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and implement campaigns, identify new market opportunities, and generate qualified leads through direct outreach, networking, social media, and cold calling. Responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, nurturing long-term client relationships, and meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
- Experience: 2–3 years in sales/marketing (minimum 2 years in marketing preferred)
- Employment: Full-time, permanent, in person
- Compensation: ₹15,00–₹25,00 per month
