Job Description
We are seeking an After‑Sales Manager to own post‑sales relationships for premium clients. Responsibilities include driving upsell/cross‑sell, improving retention, customer lifetime value (CLV) and Net Promoter Score (NPS); executing integrated pre/post‑sale marketing; analyzing customer data; and collaborating with Sales, Service, Product, and Finance teams. Requirements: 2+ years B2C direct sales experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and meticulous client‑care skills. Full‑time, on‑site role in New Friends Colony, Delhi.
