HAPPY HOLIDAYS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is on the lookout for a driven and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive. This hybrid position entails both sales and customer service responsibilities, where you will convert inquiries into bookings and deliver outstanding support throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into bookings and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Offer exceptional assistance before and after bookings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
