Job Description
We are seeking a Right-of-Way Transportation Representative to support transportation projects by acquiring property interests and coordinating with landowners, utilities, and survey teams. Responsibilities include negotiating easements, documenting acquisitions, obtaining permits, tracking schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate records of field visits.
- Minimum 2+ years of ROW or real estate experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency with basic GIS and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
- Experience collaborating with engineers, attorneys, and contractors to keep projects on schedule
