Job Description

The National Defence Academy (NDA) is seeking applications from Retired Defence Personnel for a residential Military School located in Pune, Maharashtra. Candidates must possess strong communication skills in the local language, Hindi, and English.

Successful candidates will take on roles such as Admission In-charge, Academics In-charge, and provide Training & Career Guidelines for NDA/Defence aspirants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: ₹28,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month

Benefits Include Paid Sick Time and Performance Bonuses.

Experience: 1 year preferred.

Work Location: In-person, Day Shift.
