Job Description
Widegraphix Pvt Ltd is hiring a full-time, permanent Retail Store Supervisor in Kolkata. Compensation: ₹30,00–₹35,00 per month. The ideal candidate is a graduate with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in retail operations, proven team supervision and floor-management skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Manage daily store operations and enforce operational standards
- Lead, train, and supervise sales staff to meet targets
- Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation, and sales quality
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
This is an on-site role requiring immediate availability. Benefit: Provident Fund.
