Job Description
Devasya seeks an enthusiastic Retail Store Executive (Female) to provide warm in-store service, drive sales (₹40,00–₹60,00/month), and uphold store standards. Key responsibilities include greeting and advising customers, meeting sales targets, managing displays and inventory, operating POS and processing transactions, supporting WhatsApp follow-ups, and collaborating with the store team.
- Requirements: 1–5 years retail experience, strong communication and customer-handling skills, positive attitude, shift and weekend flexibility, and basic billing and digital proficiency.
- Experience in fashion or ethnic wear and a basic sense of styling are advantageous. Full-time, in-person position.
