Job Description
Urban Shoes is seeking a professional Retail Store Associate to provide excellent in-person customer service. Welcome customers, assess footwear needs (casual, formal, sports), and deliver personalized advice on fit, style, and care. Demonstrate products, assist with fittings, and promote accessories such as socks and insoles. Accurately process POS transactions including cash, cards, and common Indian digital payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness, arrange displays, restock shelves, and monitor inventory to ensure popular sizes and reduce shrinkage.
- Employment: Full-time, permanent; freshers welcome. Compensation: ₹15,00–₹25,00/month. Benefits: meals provided and leave encashment.
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required. Work location: in person.
